Social Media Inspires Us To Greatness The most talked about "thing" on Twitter today is about a woman
named Susan Boyle. I never heard of her before, but you can bet your bippy if it's being discussed on Twitter
and made the " Twitter Trends" it means thousands of people are discussing it at the same
time. It's worth your time to figure out what it's all about. If you do not, you're missing out on
valuable market trends and communication. I followed a Twitter link over to a YouTube video
and I saw Simon Cowl's face. Oh, bother...what's this all about? It's about a 47 year
old Scottish woman in who has dreamed all her life of being a professional singer. Susan does not have "the
look" of a singer. She has the look of a well-fed housewife. You could see the disdain on Simon's face, and in the
face of the audience. This pleasant woman was undaunted! She stepped on stage and the music started,
then she belted out the most beautiful song you could ever imagine. (You could see Simon's facial expression change immediately
with her first notes. The audience and judges gave her a standing ovation! What's the moral of
this story? Never give up on your dreams.~ Take chances and mean it. ~ Surprise
others when you have the opportunity to let your true (& sometimes hidden ) talents shine! ~ Do not be afraid to take the stage, in business and in life. ~
Use social media to keep abreast about what the world is discussing - so YOU will stay in the know. ~ Above all else, take the time to let others inspire you...The link to her 3 minutes
of fame is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-KiGva9dV4. Apparently, this is going to be a really big deal so the video does not have an embed code. You can bet we are going to
hear a lot more from Susan Boyle, the 47 year old singer just launching her career. What do you have in
store for the future? Remember, it is never too late to start!

Online Newspaper Websites...Gaining Status Submitted by David A. Utter on Tue, 07/24/2007 - 18:43. Newsprint has plenty of
readers for its online outposts, with Internet users reading newspapers in their browsers in growing numbers. The
readership for online papers has grown so fast, it has nearly doubled the growth rate of the overall Internet audience. Nielsen//NetRatings
found more than 59 million people read newspaper websites each month during the first quarter of the year, according to PaidContent. That represented a 5.3 percent increase from the same period last year. In comparison, the overall Internet audience
increased by 2.7 percent. The Newspaper Association of America hopes this information can spur advertisers to spend more with
newspaper websites. PaidContent noted the research touted the potential for the newspaper audience for marketers. Online
paper readers make purchases online at a greater rate than the general Internet audience. Also, newspaper readers
have a slightly higher percentage of professional and managerial workers in their audiences compared to the broader Net. The
really big figure comes in the form of household income. Roughly 12 percent of online newspaper readers said their incomes
were in the $150,000 or higher range. Only about nine percent of the general Internet audience has that level of income or
better. Newspaper, Online, Marketing

Market Growth Unpredictable At Best ~ Time To Go With The Flow...The Essence of Business Process Re-engineeringIn the business environment nothing is constant or predictable—not market growth, customer demand,
product life spans, technological change, nor the nature of competition. As a result, customers, competition, and change have
taken on entirely new dynamics in the business world.
Customers now have choice,
and they expect products to be customized to their unique needs. Competition, no longer decided by "best price"
alone, is driven by other factors such as quality, selection, service, and responsiveness. In addition, rapid change has diminished
product and service life cycles, making the need for inventiveness and adaptability even greater. This mercurial business environment requires a switch from a task orientation to a process orientation,
and it requires re-inventing how work is to be accomplished. As such, reengineering focuses on fundamental business processes
as opposed to departments or organizational units.

Why add a Guestbook to your website? A Guestbook feature is a great addition to almost any website. It allows your Customers
or Clients to write testimonials about you and your services in real time and in their own words.
Testimonials
are very important to us as consumers. In this day and age, we all want to make certain that businesses we contract are viable,
legitimate and reliable. A Guestbook serves that purpose.
Plus, it's just fun! When someone provides a service
for me I get certain satisfaction in thanking them for a job well done. It just makes you feel good when you personally get
thanks or praise, doesn't it?
Consider adding a Guestbook feature to your website. If you don't already
have one we can help you out. It's a quick, inexpensive feedback feature for your site.
